PureSource offers consulting services that assists LIHTC, RAD, and both State and Federal Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) understand net-metering (community off-site solar) opportunities to reduce their operating costs. We offer a free Request for Proposals (RFPs) process to help clients comply with State, Federal, and Municipal procurement requirements. We also assist clients that administer Section 9 public housing with increasing their operating subsidy through the Rate Reduction Incentive Application process offered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
